Software and operator questions

What is RoboticsLiveOS?

RoboticsLiveOS is our interaction software for G1, R1, and Go2 robots. It gives the robot a voice and a controlled knowledge set built from your products, prices, FAQs, and company information.

Does it work without internet access?

Yes. The core interaction system runs on the robot without a separate laptop or venue Wi-Fi. Cloud features are optional and require reliable internet.

Can you control the robot remotely?

For supported work, an operator can use a Vision Pro or Quest headset to see through the robot and control it from nearby or remotely. The operating plan determines when teleoperation is appropriate.

Can one person operate several robots?

Not in our current managed service. Each active robot has its own operator. A two-robot booking includes two trained operators.

Can you integrate with our systems?

Yes. We start with a technical review of your API, data, security requirements, response time, and failure behavior.

Who owns the custom work?

The software agreement spells out ownership, source access, third-party licenses, deployment rights, support, and handoff.

Can you support a robot we already own?

Yes. RoboticsLive can provide software, an operator, staff training, storage, maintenance, transport, and updates when the model and condition pass review.
