This website describes RoboticsLive services and current operating positions. It is not a binding offer, warranty, safety certification, insurance certificate, employment offer, or guarantee that a robot is available or suitable for a specific use.
Quotes and bookings
A form submission starts a discussion. A project becomes binding only when the written quote or agreement is accepted and any stated deposit is paid. The date is held after those steps are complete.
The agreement states the work, price, payment methods, cancellation, rescheduling, responsibilities, and refund terms. If a date needs to move, RoboticsLive will offer available alternatives when the robot and crew are available.
If RoboticsLive cannot deliver
If RoboticsLive cannot provide an agreed part of the service, the applicable agreement controls the remedy. Unless it states otherwise, the amount paid for the undelivered portion is refunded.
Robot operation
Clients and venues must provide the approved access, surface, operating area, power, crowd controls, schedule, weather backup, and authorized contacts.
The standard planning reference is about 10 × 10 ft (3 × 3 m) of clear floor, a standard outlet, a dry solid surface, clear load-in access, and covered backup for outdoor work. RoboticsLive may pause or stop operation when conditions fall outside the agreed plan or appear unsafe.
Capability
Robot capabilities depend on model, edition, configuration, firmware, software, environment, network, and supervision. Demonstrations, manufacturer material, and prior projects do not guarantee identical performance. Unsupported autonomy, object handling, payment, or safety-critical work must not be assumed.
Robot purchases
Manufacturer prices and specifications can change. Buyers are responsible for reviewing the final seller, configuration, shipping, customs, taxes, import rules, warranty, return terms, development rights, and acceptance process. RoboticsLive responsibilities are limited to the accepted purchase or service documents.
Software
Software scope, acceptance, dependencies, data, security, ownership, licenses, source access, support, updates, and exit terms must be set out in the applicable agreement. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms.
Media and intellectual property
No use of the RoboticsLive, Brickell Clanker, or Rex name, likeness, content, footage, trademarks, or channels is granted unless the agreement states the deliverables and rights. Client-provided materials remain subject to the rights and permissions represented by the client.
Surfaces and access
Carpet, tile, wood, and concrete are generally suitable when level, firm, and dry. Humanoid routes cannot include stairs without an approved ramp, deep sand, loose gravel, wet grass, low overhead obstacles, or unprotected water. Parking or loading access and a venue contact must be arranged before arrival.
Damage and conduct
Guests may stand near and photograph the robots but may not push, climb on, hang from, pull, strike, wet, or interfere with a robot or operating equipment. Intentional or negligent damage is handled under the signed project terms. Normal wear remains RoboticsLive’s responsibility.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent allowed by law, the website is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted access. Liability for a paid project is governed by the signed agreement and applicable law.
Governing law
Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, these website terms are governed by Florida law, with disputes brought in the state or federal courts serving Miami-Dade County, Florida.
