A robot vendor that fits the run of show.

You keep the client. We provide the robot, software, operator, itemized quote, load-in plan, and client-ready content. We can work visibly or white label.

What you receive

A quote your client can approve.

Send the venue requirements and procurement deadlines early. We return the commercial and operating details in one package.

Commercial

Robot, programming, operator, and travel listed separately, ready for your agency margin and client approval.

Venue

Load-in, operating area, power, batteries, storage, insurance documents, and pack-out timing.

Creative

Brand files, product knowledge, scripts, prohibited claims, approval recording, and content deliverables.

Repeat agency work

Set the commercial terms once.

For a multi-date campaign, seasonal calendar, or annual partnership, ask for trade pricing instead of reopening the rate on every job.

  • One contact and one master brief
  • Same robot programming across dates
  • Single-city, Florida route, or national run
  • Volume terms stated before the first booking

How we work together

One decision maker on each side.

Choose whether we speak with the client or stay behind your team. White-label crew can arrive without RoboticsLive branding and with the client logo on the robot.

RoboticsLive confirms capability, documents, responsibilities, and open gaps.

3

The client signs off on content and the operating plan before load-in.

4

Show call

Operator reports through the named event lead, follows the run of show, captures agreed clips, and packs out on release.

Questions

Planner and agency questions

Can RoboticsLive work white label?

Yes. Our crew can arrive without RoboticsLive branding, follow your production lead, and put the client’s logo on the robot. Decide whether we speak with the client or stay behind your team.

Do you provide a certificate of insurance?

Insurance documentation is handled for the specific booking. Send the required limits, additional-insured wording, and certificate deadline during venue review.

Can you complete vendor onboarding?

Send the legal, tax, insurance, security, and payment requirements before booking. RoboticsLive will identify what can be provided and any gaps.

Can you support multiple cities?

Yes, subject to robot, operator, and travel availability. A multi-city quote defines transport, staffing, handoffs, storage, and contingency plans for the full route.

Do we receive content from the day?

When included, the operator captures vertical clips and can deliver the raw files after pack-out. Your photographer or videographer can also direct the robot and operator during planned shots.
