Privacy Policy

Effective August 12, 2026. This policy explains how RoboticsLive handles website inquiries, applications, and information created during robot projects.

Information we collect

When you submit a quote request, email us, schedule a call, or apply for work, we receive the information you provide. This can include your name, email, phone number, company, city, event date, budget range, project details, experience, and portfolio link.

Website forms also record the form page, the first page visited, the referring page, and campaign parameters such as UTM tags or advertising click identifiers when they are present in the link.

The site keeps those referral details and random session and form identifiers in browser session storage during the current visit. These identifiers connect a confirmed form submission to its source; they do not contain your name or contact details.

How we use it

We use submitted information to evaluate and respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, plan work, manage vendor or candidate discussions, prevent abuse, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers

The website is hosted on Netlify, which processes website form submissions. Calendly processes information when you book a call through its service. Linked sites and social platforms apply their own privacy policies.

Robot cameras and microphones

Our robots use cameras and microphones for navigation, live operation, and conversation. Most live sensor data is processed and discarded. An operator may view a live camera feed while controlling the robot.

Recording and recognition

We save a photo, video, audio recording, or technical log only when it is part of the agreed work or needed for an identified technical purpose. We tell the client before planned recording and respect venue and guest rules. RoboticsLive does not use face recognition.

Sharing

RoboticsLive does not sell or trade personal information or robot captures. We may share information with service providers that support the website or project, with professional advisers, when a client authorizes it, or when required by law.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, business records, disputes, safety, or legal requirements. No internet system is completely secure. Project-specific security requirements should be addressed before sensitive data is introduced.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. For an event recording request, include the date and venue so we can locate the material. Applicants may ask to be removed from our records.

Children

This website and our inquiry services are not directed to children under 16. Do not submit a child’s personal information through the public forms. Photography, consent, and minor-safety rules for a project are agreed with the client and venue.
