Supervision
The robot visit has two responsible teams.

Who supervises the session?
A RoboticsLive operator controls the robot. School or university staff remain responsible for students, the room, and institutional rules throughout the visit.
Can the session include photos or recording?
Yes when the institution approves it. The school or university sets its photography and media policy, and the agreed session plan follows that policy.
What do procurement teams receive?
