The room matters more than the guest count.
Send the venue, floor type, access route, operating area, schedule, and any outdoor plan. We will identify the appropriate robot and the limits that apply.

Private-event questions
What does the robot do at a private event?
Typical work includes greeting, conversation, photos, and short performance moments scheduled with the host or DJ. The final run of show is agreed before the event.
Can guests take photos and video?
Guest photography is normally allowed. Any RoboticsLive filming, editing, or commercial usage is treated separately and must be agreed in writing.
Can it work near a pool or outside?
Only with a dry, firm operating area and a safe distance from water. Outdoor plans require a covered backup location.
Which robot should I choose?
The G1 has the strongest visual presence. The R1 fits smaller rooms. The Go2 robot dog is a different, lower-profile format. We recommend a model after reviewing the room and schedule.
